Sevenhills Wholefoods’ Broken Cell Wall Chlorella, of botanical variety Chlorella Vulgaris, is consumed worldwide as a dietary supplement, as about half its mass is protein, and is used widely as part of detoxification programs to reduce oxidative-stress cell damage. Sevenhills wholefoods' Organic Spirulina is a microscopic algae, flourishing naturally in various warm areas of the world. Grown by photosynthesis in freshwater, Sevenhills Wholefoods’ Spirulina, of the Arthrospira Platensis variety, contains more essential nutrients than almost any other food on the planet.
Processing
Both our organic chlorella and spirulina are sourced from an island in the South China Sea, in an environmentally pristine area, far from industrial activity. Both of these products are harvested in freshwater cultivation ponds, under strict conditions of purity, with our supplier taking great care in the manufacturing of these micro-algae.
The Chlorella cell walls are broken by a high-impact jet spray process before the Chlorella is dried and milled to a powder. The cell wall-breaking process does not damage the contents but does make them more available for absorption. Our Spirulina is spray-dried before being ground and blended. The two powders are then combined 50:50 to fill our capsules.

Every batch undergoes a heavy metal test at the production facility and the UK port health authorities check for radiation for any products they deem at risk or have the potential for exposure as well.
Suggested use
Take 1-2 capsules, preferably with food, up to 3 times a day.
