Psyllium Husk Powder is made from the seeds of‘Plantago ovata’, which provides them with an outer coating extremely rich in both soluble and insoluble fibres. Fibre has been proven to increase satiety as well as being essential for healthy digestion, yet it is surprisingly common for many diets to be lacking this component.
Processing:
The seeds of the Plantago ovata plant are harvested, hand washed and sieved through a fine mesh. After quality inspection, the finest seeds are ground and dehusked into a fine powder to make Sevenhills Wholefoods' Organic Psyllium Husk Powder.
