Bee Pollen Chocolate

Ingredients

● 40g Sevenhills Cacao Butter

● 25g Sevenhills Cacao Powder  25g Honey

● A pinch of salt

● 2 tsp Sevenhills Bee Pollen


Method

1. Weigh out all ingredients and set aside.

2. Melt the Cacao butter over boiling water in a glass bowl.

3. Sieve Cacao powder into the melted

Cacao butter and stir in.

4. Pour Honey and a pinch of salt into melted chocolate and mix.

5. Sprinkle a tsp of bee pollen into the chocolate mould.

6. Pour the melted chocolate into the mould.

7. Leave to cool at room temperate for 1 hour and then sprinkle a tsp of bee pollen on top.

8. Place in the fridge to set.
