Can I speak to somebody over the phone?
Unfortunately, we do not have a phone line in place to be able to call you from. We are a small team and aim to keep our overheads to an absolute minimum, so that we can maintain our low prices on our products. We also feel that with the technical nature of the majority of our customer questions, that it is more efficient to be able to provide documents through emails, than to explain details over the phone. We also prefer to keep a record of our correspondence and we do not have the facilities in place to be able to do this with a phone call.
Do you offer bulk orders of your products?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a specific bulk/trade price list. However, you can view our range of products currently in stock on our website, and their retail prices. We find that we are already very competitively priced in the market and are a number one seller for many of our products.
Is SevenHills Wholefoods Products cruelty free?
SevenHills Wholefood confirms that we do not conduct or commission animal testing of any products.
Apart from our Organic Bee Pollen, all of our products are also certified by the Vegan Society.
What is your company ethos?

Allergies
Are your products Gluten Free?
All our current products are free any substances that cause allergies, either as ingredients or by possibility of cross-contamination (Directive 2007/68/EC). However, the following products may contain allergens:
- Cereal Grasses (Wheat & Barley) - Wheat and barley grasses are free of allergens as ingredients. However, there is a remote possibility of cross contamination by gluten if the farmer allows wheat and barley to begin developing seeds. Our farmers monitor the growth of the leaves to eliminate this risk, hence we consider our products gluten free.

Are your products GM (Genetically Modified Organism) free?
All Sevenhills Wholefoods products are 100% GMO free and all organic products are registered by the Soil Association.

I am experiencing detox effects. What should I do?
Many of our superfoods are taken for detox purposes, and the side effects experienced during this process are a sign that your body is releasing and removing these toxins from the body. The Herxheimer Reaction may affect you within a few days or weeks, or the symptoms may come and go throughout the detox process. In fact, some symptoms may appear exacerbated to the point of seeming worse for a while.
We always advise customers to perform their own research before embarking on any detox regime, so that they are fully aware of what to expect. We also advise customers to slowly build up to the recommended dose if they are trying a superfood for the first time, as this may help reduce any side effects they might experience.
If at any time you feel the detox symptoms are above and beyond what is normally expected, or if you experience any unexpected effects of any kind, discontinue use of the product immediately and seek medical advice.
Processing & Packaging
Are animals used in the extraction and processing of Sevenhills Wholefoods products?
Our extraction methods for all of our products are strictly human processes, and no animals are used in the extraction and processing of our products.
Are any pesticides used to grow Sevenhills Wholefoods products?
Our products are completely free of pesticides that are not derived from natural ingredients, and our Soil Association certification confirms this. Organic farmers are only permitted to use just 20 pesticides, all derived from natural ingredients such as citronella and clove oil, and only under very strict conditions.
Are Sevenhills Wholefoods pouches waterproof?
Our pouches are completely waterproof prior to opening, as long as the tear-strip remains intact. Once the tear-strip has been removed the contents of the pouch are protected from moisture for as long as the seal is intact. Once opened we recommend that the pouch is stored in a cool, dry place to maintain product quality.
Is your packaging BPA-free?
Our packaging is free from bisphenol-A.
Are your products packaged in the UK?
Our products are shipped from their countries of origin in bulk to our facility in the UK and are then packaged to be made available to our customers.
