Can I speak to somebody over the phone?
Unfortunately, we do not have a phone line in place to be able to call you from. We are a small team and aim to keep our overheads to an absolute minimum, so that we can maintain our low prices on our products. We also feel that with the technical nature of the majority of our customer questions, that it is more efficient to be able to provide documents through emails, than to explain details over the phone. We also prefer to keep a record of our correspondence and we do not have the facilities in place to be able to do this with a phone call.
Do you offer bulk orders of your products?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a specific bulk/trade price list. However, you can view our range of products currently in stock on our website, and their retail prices. We find that we are already very competitively priced in the market and are a number one seller for many of our products.
Is SevenHills Wholefoods Products cruelty free?
SevenHills Wholefood confirms that we do not conduct or commission animal testing of any products.
Apart from our Organic Bee Pollen, all of our products are also certified by the Vegan Society.

Food Safety & Quality
What is the Best Before Day of your products?
We hold multiple batches in stock, so we cannot confirm the exact best-before date of the product you will receive.
Our products are 100% pure and natural, free from preservatives and other additives commonly used by other brands to extend shelf life. As a result, our shelf life may be shorter than that of products containing such additives.
As a general guide, you can expect to receive a product with approximately 6 months minimum remaining before its best-before date.
How do you ensure the quality and safety of your products?
At Sevenhills Wholefoods, quality and food safety are at the heart of what we do. Our products are manufactured and handled under a BRCGS-certified food safety and quality management system, a globally recognised standard for food safety, quality and operational controls.
Our BRCGS certification reflects our commitment to maintaining robust standards throughout our processes, from sourcing and handling ingredients through to manufacturing and packing.
How do you ensure your products meet heavy metal safety standards?
All of our products, including the ones you mentioned, undergo rigorous testing for heavy metals.
We comply with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/915 of 25 April 2023 on maximum contaminant levels in food and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006. Every batch is tested by UKAS-accredited labs and reviewed by our Food Safety Team before release.
Are your products free from allergens?
Allergen Information:
Our current product range does not include allergens listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 as intentionally added ingredients. We work closely with our suppliers to assess and manage potential allergen cross-contact risks throughout the supply chain.
Please note: Products that may contain traces of other allergens (as indicated on the packaging): Psyllium Husk - Whole / Powder may contain mustard or sesame.

How do I cancel my order?
All orders are fulfilled automatically so unfortunately you can't cancel your order on your end.

Are animals used in the extraction and processing of Sevenhills Wholefoods products?
Our extraction methods for all of our products are strictly human processes, and no animals are used in the extraction and processing of our products.
Are any pesticides used to grow Sevenhills Wholefoods products?
Our products are completely free of pesticides that are not derived from natural ingredients, and our Soil Association certification confirms this. Organic farmers are only permitted to use just 20 pesticides, all derived from natural ingredients such as citronella and clove oil, and only under very strict conditions.
Are Sevenhills Wholefoods pouches waterproof?
Our pouches are completely waterproof prior to opening, as long as the tear-strip remains intact. Once the tear-strip has been removed the contents of the pouch are protected from moisture for as long as the seal is intact. Once opened we recommend that the pouch is stored in a cool, dry place to maintain product quality.
Is your packaging BPA-free?
Our packaging is free from bisphenol-A.
Are your products packaged in the UK?
Our products are shipped from their countries of origin in bulk to our facility in the UK and are then packaged to be made available to our customers.
