Quinoa & Seed Flatbread

Makes 4 Flatbreads


Ingredients
● 180g Sevenhills Royal Quinoa
● 30g Sevenhills Chia Seeds
● 20g Sevenhills Shelled Hemp Seeds
● 30g Sevenhills Coconut Oil
● 500ml +180ml Water
● 2tsp Salt

Method

1. Rinse and drain Quinoa.
2. Add Quinoa to a pot and boil in 500ml of water until water is absorbed.
3. Preheat the oven to 180c and line 2 large baking trays with parchment.
4. Stir the Chia seeds, Shelled Hemp seeds, Coconut oil and salt into the Quinoa.
5. Mix and then add 180ml of water.
6. Allow the mixture to cool before adding to a food processor and process for
around 30 seconds until it turns to a dough like consistency.
7. Mould the dough into a circular flatbread shape and place in oven for 20-25
minutes.
8. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack to allow the flatbread to harden.
