"This has rich, full blueberry colouring, an intense fruit flavour with a good level of acidity, and a hint of sherbert fizz. This would be a fun baking ingredient. A generous sprinkling on a dish such as porridge would allow the powder to keep its blueberry integrity without being overwhelmed by other ingredients.

This powder is a most striking colour and delivers an almost tannin-like quality on the nose. The flavour of the blueberry is pleasant, but delivers some bitterness on the finish. We recommend adjusting this and also looking again at boosting the intensity of the fruit flavour to deliver more fruity freshness. This could take this promising product further.

This is a wonderfully deep-coloured, blueberry-noted and zesty powder, suggestive of high grown, ultra ripe berries, clearly carefully processed. Our drink sample didn't quite convince, but we can imagine very many uses for this delightfully fruity powder - great to know it's nutrient-dense also."
