Our Matcha is from the oldest tea gardens of Kyoto, Japan, where the farmers have been growing matcha for generations. The finest tea buds are carefully picked and dried, before being ground to a fine-milled, bright-green powder. The tea leaves are shade-grown to stimulate Chlorophyll, and more theanine and caffeine is produced. Our Matcha is premium grade, or also known as latte grade.
