Our Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein Concentrate Powder is of Austrian origin made from pumpkin seeds and boasts a diverse nutritional profile. Pumpkin seed protein is a by-product of pumpkin oil manufacturing and is obtained from the ‘press cake’ that is collected, milled and ground into a powder.
Our variety is made from gently roasted pumpkin seeds rather than raw which is thought to have greater health benefits because heat exposure has been shown to increase the antioxidants. This powder is mustard-green in color with a great nutty taste and a fine, smooth texture with a 60% protein content.
Our Organic Pumpkin Seed Powder is certified to EU organic standards according to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and Great British Organic Standards by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.

Suggested Use
An excellent source of plant-based protein, our variety is easy to add to many foods such as ingredient in baked goods, added to shakes and yogurt and also mixes well with salad dressings. 5-20 grams daily.
