Organic Raw Beetroot Powder

Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Beetroot Powder, otherwise known as “Red Beet” or simply “Beet”, commonly refers to the main root portion of the Beta Vulgaris plant. Historically, beet root has generally been used medicinally for a wide range of ailments, combatting fevers, constipation and skin problems. The deep, dark-purple colour of the root also provides a vibrant addition to many foodstuffs, often featured in many Eastern European cuisines.

Processing 

Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic beetroot is harvested, cleaned and peeled before going through an inspection process to maintain high quality. The raw beets go through an initial milling process and then dried for 90 minutes at temperatures of 105 degrees celsius. The dried beets are milled again to produce a fine powder. 

Allergens

This product does not contain any substances causing allergies (Directive 2007/68/EC) as or intolerances as ingredients or by the possibility of cross-contamination. No colours, binders, fillers or preservatives added. Certified organic by the Soil Association and registered by the Vegan society.

Suggested Use 

Add our Organic Beetroot Powder to smoothies, cakes, dips, salad dressings and soups.
