Organic Raw Blueberry Powder

The Blueberry is a fruit that Sevenhills Wholefoods finds growing naturally in Chile, South America. Chile’s clear blue skies, hot days and cool nights are ideal for blueberry growing.

This small, blue berry provides an impressively diverse range of micronutrients, including powerful antioxidants such as reservatrol. Blueberries are considered to be exceptional Superfoods, due to their incredibly high vitamin, mineral and dietary fibre content.

Processing

Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic blueberries are harvested and immediately stored at temperatures below -15 degrees celsius, this is to preserve its nutrients. The berries are fruit sanitized and sorted to ensure our berries are of the highest quality. The berries are then freeze-dried in batches for 22 hours and milled into a fine powder.

Suggested Use

We recommend taking 1-2 teaspoons (up to 5g) of powder per day mixed with juice, a smoothie or a protein shake. Alternatively, add to desserts, baked goods, or sauces.
