Organic Raw Cacao Beans

Cacao, or Cocoa, is an evergreen tree which grows naturally in tropical climates around the world. Its fruit, the Cacao bean, is well-known as the basic ingredient in chocolate and has for centuries been predominant in diets in its native areas. Nowadays, Cacao has attracted attention due to its nutritional richness, and health benefits associated with its antioxidant content. 

Processing 

Sevenhills Wholefoods' raw cacao beans are hand-harvested and dried at temperatures of 40-45 degrees celsius. These are then simply cleaned and sorted for the highest quality before being packed.

Suggested Use

Add up to 15g per day into meals or healthy diets, or alternatively, Cacao beans are delicious when eaten as a snack.
