Matcha Green Tea is a premium tea powder which has been crucial to traditional Japanese tea ceremonies for almost 1000 years. The powder has a unique and distinctive taste, with the highest quality boasting a sweet, less astringent flavour. This Matcha variety is of Classic grade, a culinary grade Matcha tea with a variety of uses.

Processing

Organic Classic Matcha Green Tea Powder is made from Japanese green tea leaves,. Only the finest tea buds are carefully picked and dried, before being ground to a fine-milled, bright-green powder.

This product does not contain any substances causing allergies (Directive 2007/68/EC) as or intolerances as ingredients or by the possibility of cross-contamination. No colours, binders, fillers or preservatives added. Certified organic by the Soil Association and registered by the Vegan society.
