Our Organic Pitaya Powder originates from the red dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis), cultivated and gathered using organic methods in Southeast Asia. Subsequently, it undergoes processing in Poland.
The fruit is freeze-dried to preserve its full spectrum of nutrients, flavors, and vibrant color. The freeze-dried product is then milled into a fine powder, making it a versatile and convenient addition to smoothies, juices, yogurts, and baked goods. It can also be used as a natural food coloring agent or sprinkled on desserts and cereals for a nutrient-rich and exotic touch.
Organic pitaya powder is made without any additives or flowing agents. This means that it is 100% pure pitaya powder, with no fillers or artificial ingredients. The high fruit concentration (8:1) can cause the powder to clump and solidify. To avoid this, simply break up the powder before use.
Our Organic Pitaya Powder is certified to EU organic standards according to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and Great British Organic Standards by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.
