ORGANIC AGAR AGAR POWDER, A VERSATILE INGREDIENT
Agar Agar is a versatile, water-soluble, and heat-stable ingredient, perfect for both hot and cold dishes. It works well as a thickener in soups or as a gelling agent in sweets and ice cream. To use, simply add Agar Agar powder to hot liquid, bring to a boil, and let it solidify as the liquid cools to around 45°C.
The amount of powder needed varies based on the desired consistency. For a soft-set gel, use 0.5 to 1 teaspoon per cup of liquid; for a firmer set, use 1.5 to 2 teaspoons per cup.
