Sevenhills Wholefoods' Ashwagandha Powder has a mild but bitter flavour and contains a number of important nutritional components including fatty acids, amino acids and a variety of sugars, and has a reputation for boosting the body's supply of antioxidants, whilst maintaining a healthy immune system.

Processing 

Sevenhills Wholefoods’ Organic Ashwagandha Powder is sourced from India. After harvest, the roots are selected for the best quality. It is important that the root is harvested and processed at the right time or potency can be lost. The ideal time to harvest the root is at 6-7 months old. The roots are washed, crushed, air-dried and then milled into a fine powder. This product is available both in powder form and capsules.

This product does not contain any substances causing allergies (Directive 2007/68/EC) as or intolerances as ingredients or by the possibility of cross-contamination. No colours, binders, fillers or preservatives added. Certified organic by the Soil Association and registered by the Vegan society. 

Suggested Use

 Take 1-2 capsules, preferably with food, up to 3 times a day.
