Strawberry Powder (Freeze-Dried)

Botanically, the strawberry fruit is considered a 'multiple fruit' which consists of many tiny individual fruits embedded in a fleshy receptacle. The brownish or whitish specks (commonly considered seeds) are the true fruits, also called achenes. Strawberries are a very popular fruit, containing many antioxidants and vitamins. Freeze-dried strawberry powder is a convenient, tasty form of the highly nutritious strawberry, derived from fresh strawberries that are deep frozen, freeze-dried then ground.

Our freeze-dried strawberry powder goes through a specialist freeze-drying and production process ensuring the fragrance of the fruit and the nutrient content is preserved. Our finely ground strawberry powder is a dark, vibrant pink colour with some of the natural seeds retained from the pulp of the strawberries. A naturally fruity, characteristic strawberry flavour and aroma.
