Organic Banana Flakes

Bananas are fruits, botanically recognizable as a berry, which are grown across at least 107 countries mainly across South East Asia, South America and the South of Africa. Once the harvest is collected the bananas are peeled by hand before being drum dried and ground into powder.

Banana Flakes are very versatile product and can be used to add a natural banana flavour to smoothies, cakes, juices and ice creams.

Our Organic Banana Flakes is certified to EU organic standards according to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and Great British Organic Standards by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.

Processing:

Once the harvest is collected the bananas are peeled by hand before being drum dried and ground into powder.
