Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

For the pudding:

- 3 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or coconut)

- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)

- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

- 4–5 fresh strawberries, chopped

For the topping:

- 1–2 tsp Organic Goji Berries

- 1–2 tsp dried mulberries

- Extra fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)


Method

1. Prepare the chia pudding

In a small bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir well to prevent clumping.

2. Add the strawberries

Fold in the chopped strawberries, giving the pudding a natural fruity swirl.

3. Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or overnight for a thicker, creamier texture. Stir once or twice during the first hour to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

4. Serve & top
