Method
- Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 60 - 80ml of strong coffee.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, brewed coffee, cacao powder, Seven Mushroom Blend, and maple syrup or honey.
- Heat gently, stirring continuously until the mixture is hot and just reaches boiling point.
- Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy immediately.
For an Iced Mushroom Mocha: Prepare the drink as above, allow it to cool slightly, then pour over a glass filled with ice.
