Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

For the smoothie base

- 2 tbsp Organic Cacao Paste

- 1 frozen banana

- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or coconut work beautifully)

- 1 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut)

- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)

- 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds (optional, for thickness + fibre)

- A handful of ice (optional, for extra chill)

Toppings

- 1–2 tsp cacao nibs

- A handful of granola

- Extra drizzle of melted cacao paste (optional but delicious)


Method

1. Melt the Cacao Paste
Gently melt the cacao paste over low heat or in short microwave bursts until smooth. This gives your smoothie a deep, rich chocolate flavour.

2. Blend the Smoothie
Add the melted cacao paste, frozen banana, milk, nut butter, and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Adjust consistency with extra milk if you prefer it thinner.

3. Pour & Top
Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl.
Top generously with cacao nibs and your favourite granola for crunch.
Add an extra drizzle of melted cacao paste for a chocolatey finish.
