Iced Pumpkin Matcha Latte

A creamy, cosy, autumn-inspired matcha drink with layered pumpkin spice flavours.

Ingredients

Matcha Base

- 1 tsp Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder

- 1 tsp maple syrup

- ¼ cup boiled water

Whisk:
Use a handheld electric frother to whisk until smooth and frothy.


Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

- ½ cup oat milk

- ¼ tsp pumpkin spice

Whisk:
Froth until thick and creamy.


Pumpkin Maple Butter

- ¼ cup pumpkin purée

- ½ tsp pumpkin spice

- 1 tsp maple syrup

Mix:
Combine everything into a smooth, spreadable mixture.


Assembly

Step 1: Spoon the pumpkin maple butter into a glass and swirl it around the sides.

Step 2: Add ice and your milk of choice.

Step 3: Pour over the frothed matcha.

Step 4: Spoon the pumpkin spice cold foam on top.

Step 5: Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and bee pollen.
