A creamy, cosy, autumn-inspired matcha drink with layered pumpkin spice flavours.
- Prepare the matcha base - use a handheld electric frother to whisk ingredients together until smooth and frothy.
- Prepare the pumpkin spice cold foam - whisk together ingredients until thick and creamy.
- Prepare the pumpkin maple butter - combine ingredients into a smooth, spreadable mixture.
- Spoon the pumpkin maple butter into a glass and swirl it around the sides.
- Add ice and your milk of choice.
- Pour over the frothed matcha.
- Spoon the pumpkin spice cold foam on top.
- Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder and bee pollen.
