Matcha Base

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

  • ½ cup oat milk
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin spice

Pumpkin Maple Butter

  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Topping

Method

A creamy, cosy, autumn-inspired matcha drink with layered pumpkin spice flavours. 

  1. Prepare the matcha base - use a handheld electric frother to whisk ingredients together until smooth and frothy.
  2. Prepare the pumpkin spice cold foam - whisk together ingredients until thick and creamy. 
  3. Prepare the pumpkin maple butter - combine ingredients into a smooth, spreadable mixture.
  4. Spoon the pumpkin maple butter into a glass and swirl it around the sides.
  5. Add ice and your milk of choice.
  6. Pour over the frothed matcha.
  7. Spoon the pumpkin spice cold foam on top.
  8. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder and bee pollen.
