Our Cinnamon is the Ceylon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum) variety from the laurel tree, native to Sri Lanka and the south-east coast of India, superior in quality with a lower coumarin level than the common Cassia variety. It is finely ground for a smooth texture, has a warm, delicate flavour and sweet spicy aroma - a pure, premium quality spice to elevate baking, cooking and hot drinks.
