Our raw cacao nibs are derived from organic beans that undergo a fermentation process to reduce their bitterness, and undergo minimal processing to preserve their natural flavour for an intense, bitter chocolate flavour for use in baking & cereals. This process also preserves their nutrients, making them a healthier alternative to traditional chocolate.
